PlasmaBlu drops into an automation line or runs on the bench. Industrial fieldbus, standard serial, and direct USB control, with managed gas and exhaust.
Real-time fieldbus
EtherCAT IN and OUT for deterministic, real-time control on a Beckhoff automation network.
Ethernet over serial
Networked control and monitoring carried over the serial link.
RS485 and RS232
A standard DB9 serial port for RS485 or RS232 control, and for talking to existing equipment.
Direct serial
USB-C for direct serial communication, configuration, and firmware updates from a laptop.
Gas manifold inlets
Dedicated manifold inlets for clean process gas.
Managed exhaust
An exhaust port to carry process gas safely away from the work area.
